Shipping & Delivery
You’ll see an estimated delivery date during checkout. You can also track your order via your account or through the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Once the order is placed, the shipping method cannot be changed.
If you were unavailable at the time of delivery, please reach out. We’ll coordinate with the courier to assist you.
Yes. If you no longer wish to receive your order, contact us immediately.
If there’s a delay, we’ll notify you by email. The revised delivery timeline will also be visible in your order status.

Returns & Exchanges
Use the original packaging — or anything secure and sealed. No receipt needed.
If the courier missed the collection, contact us and we’ll arrange another attempt.
No — each order must be returned separately and requested individually.
Refund Policy
Make sure your email address was entered correctly. Still unsure? Reach out and we’ll help.
Contact your bank — Refunds are issued to the same account. If the card is closed, your bank will redirect the funds. We recommend checking with them.
Returns in separate boxes may be processed at different times. We’ll send an email for every update.

Delivery usually takes 2–8 working days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders over ₹2,990 (excluding discounted items). Otherwise, a flat ₹290 fee applies.
Returns & Exchanges available within 30 days of shipping. Items must be unused, with tags intact.
Simply request a home pickup through your account or confirmation email. No printing or receipts required. A ₹100 fee applies.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

No — each return must be made separately. This helps us track and process everything accurately.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, write to us quickly. We’ll do our best. Once it’s packed, cancellation may not be possible.
