• Items must be in original condition with all labels intact
• The return or exchange must be made within the same region as the original purchase
• Your exact deadline will be listed in your order summary

We’ll schedule a pickup from your doorstep. No printing, no invoice, no fuss.

• Pickup Time: Within 24–48 hours of your request
• Return Fee: ₹100 (deducted from your refund)
• Exchange Fee: ₹100 (paid at the time of request)
• No label or printout required

• If you're a registered customer, head to your account dashboard
• If you placed your order as a guest, use the link in your confirmation email

• Use the original packaging, or anything secure and sealed
• No receipt needed
• Make sure items are clean, folded, and ready for pickup
