Once we receive your returned items and check that everything’s in place, we’ll begin the refund process.

• Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the order
• For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll refund via bank transfer.
• Kindly make your account and add a payment method for us to redirect your refund during a return.
• If you entered your bank details during the return process, we’ll use those automatically.

• Returns are processed within 72 hours after arriving at our facility
• Refunds are issued within 14 days, depending on your bank
• Confirmation email will be sent once refund is complete
• If you don’t receive your refund after 14 days, use your confirmation email to contact your bank for assistance.
